Career Services Coordinator

Role Description:

We are looking to hire a Career Services Coordinator for TAFF-VTI.

Minimum eligibility criteria is Bachelor’s degree in social science, psychology, social work/sociology, education, human resources, communication, public relations, marketing, business or related field required (Masters preferred) along with 2- 3 years of progressively responsible work experience of workforce development, career services, human resources, student relations, marketing, job placement services or related field required. Workforce industry, writing/editing resumes, developing job leads, case management, conducting training experience is preferred. Should possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Sr. Instructor- Customer Service & Retail Sales

We are looking to hire a Senior Instructor who can train youth on becoming Customer Service and Retail Sales Assistants.

Candidate should hold a Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration with 4 – 5 years of experience in the retail industry. The candidate should be well-versed with the different practical aspects of working as a Customer Service & Retail Sales Assistant and should be able to translate them into training material. The candidate should be well-versed with MS Office and should also have Soft Skills’ training experience. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Chief of Staff

Role Description:

We are urgently looking to hire a ‘Chief of Staff and Strategy Officer’ who will be responsible to drive the execution of key strategic cross-functional initiatives, projects and commitments most important to the leadership team. The individual will act as an adviser to the CEO and the senior management team and will facilitate in effective decision making.

Qualification must include a master’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience. Previous experience as Chief of Staff or a Chief Strategy Officer with a professional organization is strongly desired.
